Beautiful Hideaway in the hills of trás os montes

This place is our sacred go-to spot when we want to get out of the city and immerse ourselves in nature. This place has special significance for our family because it was here that as a child, we would spend whole days watching over the cows, reading and dreaming as the sun moved across the sky towards dusk. We have recently completed renovations, adding solar & central heating and we would love to share it with people who are looking for a unique experience in an unexplored region of Portugal.

A restored house with all the comforts you need for a wonderful retreat and/or get-together with family and friends. This house is located in an old abandoned village near the river with a beautiful little beach. If you enjoy being in contact with nature, this is the ideal place; you can find otters, many varieties of birds, etc. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. The pool is shared with another house. Meals are available upon request.

From its wooden corridors you can see the forests of the known as Valle del Silencio. Casa Egeria has a long wooden corridor and a private terrace with garden. This house offers a panoramic view of the mountains from its large double room with access to the corridor.

It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one with a balcony overlooking the countryside and the other overlooking the village. It has two fully equipped bathrooms. Free parking Smoking is not allowed. No pets allowed.
