Welcome to Lilo Nectar, this little cocoon between hills and fir trees, perched at 900 meters above sea level is located in Champagnac-le-Vieux, in the department of Haute-Loire on the foothills of the Livradois-Forez Park. A little Canada at your fingertips, in a 100% handmade cottage, with local or recycled materials, and the opportunity to discover beekeeping, beer brewing as well as relaxing in the hot tub while contemplating the stars or the sunset on the Cezallier.

The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. Just a 4-minute walk from the train station and 4 minutes from Quatre Chemins shopping center, you can do everything without a car. Places of interest within walking distance: cinema, opera, shops, restaurants, parks, lake and thermal baths. 🏠 The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a separate bedroom and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.

You will stay in part of a fully renovated old farmhouse, 5 minutes from the historic village of St Maurice. The very quiet environment enjoys large spaces and will allow travelers in search of serenity to reconnect with nature to the sound of croaking frogs and rooster crowing. The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, contemplate the view and nature that surround the place, inside, let yourself be surprised by a soft and romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.

Studio close to the center

Independent studio located on the ground floor of the owners' villa. Independent entrance, fully equipped, with kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space, refurbished. Free parking Breakfast included Bikers and vintage vehicles are welcome. In order to be able to clean and disinfect the studio after each stay, guests are asked to leave the studio in the morning as long as the virus is likely to circulate.
