Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained building equipped to give you a wonderful stay. A spacious and bright room with an area for sleeping (small double bed) and an area for sitting with table and comfortable chairs. Kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. Tea, coffee, milk provided. Located between two stations Durrington by sea and Goring by sea (5 minute walk) and there are bus route that can take you to any of Worthings amenities. Road parking is easily available.

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.
