The apartment near the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Bauhaus Dessau" is located very centrally on the short route between Dessau main station and the Bauhaus and opposite the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The paths to the city centre and many sights are short and within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, organic shop, and restaurants. There are four apartments and two doctors' offices in the building, behind which there is a car park that is locked at night.

Separate accommodation with private bathroom

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, subs, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire surroundings from the Wörlitzer Gartenreich to the Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are also not far away. The new FOC outlet centre can be reached in 25 minutes.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

Green & quiet, 1 km to the Meisterhäuser

The apartment located in the basement has a large bedroom/living room, where another person can sleep on the ottoman or a guest mattress if necessary, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and bidet. The Meisterhäuser are a 15-minute walk (1 km), the Bauhaus is about 25 minutes (2 km). Parking in front of the house as well as storage facilities for bicycles are provided.

Studio HUGO offers everything the vacationer's heart desires – quietly located on the Georgengarten, within a radius of one kilometer the Bauhaus, the Masters' Houses and the granary can be reached and yet only a few kilometers from the city center.
