Holiday rentals with a pool in Ferry Pass

We had such a great time celebrating our son’s 7th birthday during our recent beach getaway! The home was about 15 minutes from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean during the day, but what really made the trip special was the beautiful private pool. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Our son had the best birthday and is already asking when we can go back!

The house was very nice and clean. Close to the beach and has an amazing pool. It was perfect for our big group. We were in town for a cheer competition.

House as amazing had a great stay house was clean and somewhere the pool and hot tub. Definitely a puppet mind staying here again. She was also a great host left us some snacks and even a welcome card Fantastic experience

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb. I was very nervous about what to expect. Fortunately, it was as advertised. My family and I were able to spend quality time in the living areas, which we would not have had in a traditional hotel. This was important, because we were visiting my son who's in the Navy and stationed in Pensacola. This visit was a chance for him to meet his nephew for the first time. The entire family was able to stay together, and the location was perfect since it was close to the Navy base, local restaurants, and other attractions. The only hiccup we had was with the front door not opening properly. All-in-all, this was a very nice family trip, and this house enhanced our visit to Pensacola. I highly recommend it.

This was a great find, we knew this was the place for us as soon as we saw the listing. House was clean and spacious, back yard, grill, lounge and pool area are amazing. Privacy fence around the yard was a great feature. Plenty of amenities included that weren’t even in the listing, which was unexpected, yet nice. Plenty to do around town, which is just a short drive. We went to the beach (obviously) the Naval Aviation Museum, Fort Pickens, Gulf Breeze Zoo and just a mere 10 minutes away is a shopping mall which we stopped at. Great town, not super touristy. Hosts were super responsive with the only small issue we had and resolved it surprisingly fast. 10/10 would recommend!

A beautiful home equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful stay! The host response time was always so quick with any questions! I would stay there again so cozy great pool and outdoor space.

Very homey place . Love the screen porch to sit and have coffee in the morning. Our dog loved being able to have the big back yard. Sue made sure that the house had everything that we needed for our stay. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the neighborhood to be able to walk our dog. Sue was a great hostess. Kept open line of communication. Thanks Sue for sharing your home for a great getaway !

Amazing place to stay. Most comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and well taken care of. Perfect to adventure the area and waters or just wanting to relaxing and get away. Top notch place at the top of our list

Franziska’s townhouse was perfect for what we were looking for. It was located close to my folks house in Hidden Creek which made hanging with them and the rest of our family at their house super easy. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and will definitely consider Franziska’s place for the next times we stay.
