La casa è assolutamente esclusiva per posizione e varietà di spazi privati a disposizione, ha infatti due terrazze e uno spazioso giardino dotato di parcheggio. La posizione è davvero privilegiata, in contesto residenziale verde e silenzioso a nemmeno 100mt dalla spiaggia a 2 minuti a piedi. Ideale per amanti della privacy, per un soggiorno da sogno con affacci sul mare, cullati dal canto dei gabbiani e dalla brezza marina.

The villa is located a few dozen meters above the seashore, entirely renovated in 2019-20 and furnished and equipped with great refinement and functionality; it is located in the bay of Pareti, on the western side of Capoliveri, one of the most typical and charming villages of Elba, which in the evening is full of shops and clubs open until late, and which is just over 2 km away.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
