Our stay at Tony’s place was wonderful, we had a great time and location was great. He answered our questions quickly and the house was absolutely beautiful, very comfy beds and very spacious. So much to do , we’ll definitely be back!

This was our first extensive stay (2 months) as Snowbirds. We loved it. The condo was perfect. It is situated at the back of the building and was very quiet, nicely decorated, recently renovated, clean and well-équiped (particularly the kitchen). The pool and hot tub downstairs were also very accessible and well-maintained. Also, the pool is heated! Being on the third floor gave us a unique garden view of the leafy Palm trees. It is lovely. The beach is just a cross the street and is stunning…about 10 miles of powdery, white sand. As hosts, Grace and Everett are kind, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful, well-situated condo.

This is an excellent place to stay when you are in the pan handle area. Located between Ft Walton Beach & Pensecola offers a variety of options from restaurants to sight seeing. The Navarre Beach is directly over the bridge ( 1 mile away ) . There are also grocery stores from 1 mile away to 3 miles away ( very close by . ) I would recommend Sum Beaches to families who want a relaxing stay by the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. P.S. There is also an area in the back that has chairs , barbecue, bag toss and other things to just relax.

The location, in this gated community, was beautiful and felt safe. The private beach entrance was nearby and the beaches were stunning. We also enjoyed the two swimming pools. Kelly and Steve were proactive in their communications with us and were very responsive to our questions, which made our experience stress free. We will definitely be back!

Clean and well-cared for unit with great lagoon views off the back deck and a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time relaxing there!

We had a great stay. Pool was awesome for our 2 year old son. Condo was on the 2nd floor which was good because one of the elevators was out a few days. Just 1 flight of stairs to our room, instead of waiting in lines. Was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Room was just as it was in the pictures! Highly recommend.

I have to say we were very pleased with the condo! Not being familiar with the area, it was very easy to find, and very close to the wedding we attended. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the atmosphere of the rooms were very beachy! The balcony backed up to a wooded area, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after the wedding. I can't say enough good words about our host. She was very responsive and caring. We will definitely keep this place in mind on our next trip to Gulf Shores! Karrie & James

Absolutely beautiful place. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again in the future. Beautiful, modern, and so clean. Beautiful beach view with all amenities close by. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

It was a cute and cozy stay. Our host was extremely helpful and had fast responses to help us with whatever we needed. We loved how it was tucked away from the main road but a short walk to the beach. The restaurants around were fantastic with so many food options.
