We will have the pleasure of hosting you in our large independent studio, adjoining the main structure of the house, with an independent entrance and access to the garden and swimming pool in season for a quiet stay. ideally located, you can leave your vehicle and walk around the city and its attractions on foot. The Calanques are located less than 50 metres away. The beaches, the calanques, the entertainment of the city center can be reached on foot very easily.

This 40 m2 air-conditioned loft with original hut-style decoration benefits from an exceptional location for the city center. The entrance to the building is on the main shopping street of La Ciotat but it overlooks the quiet parallel street with a view of the rooftops. Located facing east, you can enjoy a 6-meter balcony to have breakfast in the sun or read a book in the deckchair. Secure parking 150 m away included. A peaceful oasis in the city!

Charming studio located on the Cassis Peninsula, facing Cap Canaille with direct private sea access. Enjoy direct access to the coves on foot, independent access with bright path, several sea view spaces at your disposal: seawater swimming pool, terrace with outdoor lounge, petanque court, solarium feet in the water, hammock, barbecue... The studio has a beautiful 25 m2 room, a separate fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom.

In a quiet area, the accommodation benefits from a Tropezian with a small sea view and a great view of the rooftops of the historic center: it's magical and relaxing!!!

Apartment located on the third floor without an elevator ( only door with a key box) completely renovated by us, with a beautiful optimization of the space, a neat and choice decor including a wooden floor to live barefoot . A very bright apartment with solar hues with 3 velux. Great for couples with two children, two or three adults. Very soundproofed. No noise from the street or the harbor.
