Everything in the house has been curated by me and it is filled with love. Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. Cosy, warm, modern townhouse

Modern red brick townhouse, just 2mins walk from Croke Park (for concerts and matches), 5mins walk from Drumcondra and 20mins walk to the city centre. Underfloor heating & A energy rating - so it’s warm & cosy! Two classic bedrooms and a third auxiliary bedroom in the converted attic. The house was totally renovated & modernised in 2023. Self check in & check out for extra flexibility. This is my own home where I normally live, so I take great pride in keeping it in good condition

This is a bright terraced red brick home. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with many amenities close by including coffee shops, pubs, Fairview Park and the seafront in Clontarf. Croke Park is under 10 mins walk away. Dublin city centre is about 25 mins walk away or 10 mins on the bus. Numerous bus routes are only 3/4 mins from the house. The dart train station in Clontarf is also only 10 minutes away. Paid parking on the street - limited number of permits can be provided.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to city centre from this newly renovated and centrally located condo. high frequency buses pass nearby. This condo has its own private entrance door. 8 comfortable single beds accomodate even a large group. Parking is free, both on-street, and in the underground car park. This gate requires an electronic contact fob. It's in the kitchen remember to leave it in apt. The underground parking space is 18.
