Lovely double bed room with private bathroom and private housentrance in quiet neighbourhood. 2 minutes walk to beautiful St Annes Park. 5 minutes to Raheny village with restaurants, supermarket, cafes, pub, pharmacy and bakeries. 15 minute walk to the beach (Bull island). Convenient public transport to town centre: 15 minutes to town centre by bus (2 min walk to bus stop), 10 minutes by DART (9 min walk to DART station). Busses and DART go every 10 minutes. Also convenient connection to Howth.

Perfectly located in Stoneybatter

This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. This entrance area/Hall has a Kettle, Coffee Press, table & chairs. The room has a triple bed perfect for a couple or a family with young kid. Sometimes 3 adults. U18 must be accompanied by a parent. Books that may be of interest to read while lounging on fat boys! En-Suite has Toilet, Sink & Electric Shower.

THE LOFT - Naul

A tastefully converted spacious loft above stables. We are a mile outside the historic village of Naul & 2 miles off the M1. We are 20 minutes to Dublin airport & 10 minutes from Balbriggan railway station. Naul is famous for the famous Irish musician Seamus Ennis. The thatched Centre named after him has wonderful food & many events throughout the week in the quaint theatre behind it. Across the road is the very welcoming authentic ‘Killian’s’ pub where they serve the best pint of Guinness !

Private own-door suite - for one guest only! - in a quiet home in Sandymount, one of Dublin's prettiest urban villages - just 4km from the city centre, a 20 minute drive from the airport and a 15 minute walk to the RDS or the Aviva Stadium. You'll find a host of amenities on the doorstep and easy access to the city by bus or train. Enjoy a stroll on Sandymount Strand after a day of sight-seeing, before sampling one of the many great eateries in the village. You'll be spoiled for choice!

Bright Coastal Studio close to City and Airport

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Our en-suite bedroom with private entrance is all yours. It is a bright guest room with your very own bathroom and shower. Our home is located 3 to 4 km south-east of Dublin's city centre. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.

Private one- bedroom garden suite with its own entrance. 5 min walk/ Aviva Stadium 15 min/3 Arena and the RDS. 30 min walk to city centre and accessible by bus, taxi or DART. Sandymount Village has everything you need; restaurants, cafes, bars and a supermarket. Though the suite is very private, it is an extension to our residence where we live, so we are nearby to help you with recommendations. Great central location. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and coffee shop. Live music venues for traditional music close by. 900 metres from Grafton street. No Kitchen, Your own private Top Floor bedroom and bathroom with large electric shower. No shared space, all private for your own use, your own secure door. 5ft wide bed. My place is two floors up, top floor, access by stairs only. It's on the main street so expect street Noise and Noise from the bar. There is no Kitchen.
