Apartment is located in center and all around there are all shops, cafes ,restaurants, art and culture. You will love my place because of location, the people , the ambiance and the neighborhood. Also we provide satellite TV - Russian,Italian,Spanish and Arabic channels. If you like to explore only Larnaka you wont need a car.

The view over the Marina is amazing, always plenty to watch .The location is excellent, near the beach, restaurants and coffee shops 10 minutes walking is the famous street Finikoudes street. You don't need a car. Everything you need is in walking distance. An amazing pedestrian road by the sea are in front of the apartment! Lovely beach house.

Fabulous one bedroom apartment, right on the beach, with undisrupted seafront views. It's close to watersport facilities, Cyprus Tourism beach, hotels and restaurants. A great way to start your day by waking up to the amazing clear blue waters view. Nice sandy beaches. You'll also find it very convenient as it's approx a 15min drive to the airport, 20min to Ayia Napa, 30min to Nicosia and under an hour to Limassol!
