The apartment was very clean and comfortable with the home decorations make you feel that you guest at home and not a hotel. This was very important for us, especially when staying for six days straight. Andrey supplied clear instructions on how to use the apartment and what is recommended in the area and in general. What we loved about the location is it was not too far away from the Airport and Larnaca city center, yet very quit neighborhood and walking location from a super market. Andrey was also very helpful and assistive with issues that we communicated to him. The only down side we found is the Cyprus public transportation schedules from this location to the city. There is a single bus to the airport that need to be timed exactly because the next one comes after an hour. If you stay in the city until the late evening time, you should use Bolt to order a taxi. I would definitely recommend the location for couple that is looking for a quite and chill location.

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

Georgia is very helpful with everything! First of all she upgraded us to a bigger place due to some constructions to the original one. The day we arrived we were able to check in earlier than the expected time. Also she texted us every day and asked us if we needed anything and the last day after the check out she helped us to let our luggage some extra hours in the reception. The location is great next to the beach and to the center. The place is great and fully equipped. We had a great accomodation and enjoyed our vacations!

We only stayed during one night, but the night we spent there was problem-free. The apartment is clean and comfortable, but there is one thing to keep in mind - it's actually two-floors apartment, and one of the bedrooms is on the higher floor. The stairs that lead there are quite steep and may be not for everyone. Also, that higher floor is located under the building's roof directly, so it can get very hot. Luckily, there is an aircon unit in the bedroom to deal with the problem swiftly and decidedly.

I am a regular visitor to this part of Cyprus so I know what I am looking for in a place to stay. Kadir’s place ticks all the boxes for me and doesn’t feel like an effort to get comfortable. The simple luxuries like a comfortable bed and a smart tv the size of a wall and a large sofa to relax on instead of having to sit on the bed or uncomfortable chairs. Kadir has definitely thought of comfort when planning your stay. I would definitely recommend Kadir’s place.

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation. The house was clean, well maintained and equipped with basic items we needed. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay for both vacation and daily life. We recommend it with peace of mind. There was everything you needed in the house. It is a very clean and beautiful house. It is also very good in terms of location. There are places such as a casino, grocery store, bakery. The host is very interested, he helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much to Mr. Münür on behalf of my family. If we come back again, it is definitely our first choice👍🏻

What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. The location was suitable for all social equipment and needs

We felt like we were in Bali everyday, because the garden is fantastic. House has big rooms. Kamil is a kind person, who answered what we need and asked immediately. Whatever we need were in the house for house routine. I didn’t see any Airbnb house that clean. We are lucky to find and enjoy this house.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

We hired this villa for the accessible room which is in the outer house. Spacious and allowed enough room for hoisting. The beds are super comfy - all though it states double - they are small doubles. Situated in a residential area - quiet. 15 mins walk to the local supermarket. A clean supermarket that has everything. Opposite is a nice coffee shop. The pool was not heated but that didn't bother us as we had lots of hot sun. We will be returning and much better/comfortable than staying in a hotel.

Recommend to all who will be staying. Kitchen equipment, iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer, every need was considered. The surrounding grocery stores were very adequate and affordable. There was even an indoor pool and a fitness room. It was a hotel-quality stay experience. We are very satisfied. We will be back as soon as possible.

We loved the house and it’s exactly as pictured. It’s in a great location - very convenient, and also within minutes from the beach and a beautiful walk along the seafront. Checkin was super easy and George messaged every few days to check we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this house and we’d love to stay there agin.

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

We really loved our stay - it was perfect for a large group with a lovely pool and amazing view of the sea, especially from the roof! The kitchen and BBQ area also contained all the cooking equipment that we needed, making it very easy to cook dinner for everyone.
