Welcome to the warmth. Relax with the whole family in our cozy mountain cabin. Two bedrooms, loft with 4 beds, bathroom, hall, kitchen, living room and private sauna. Here you get a fantastic view of the mountain expanses and the magical Sonfjället. About 1 kilometer to Blästervallen with all possible services needed for the perfect winter vacation. 5 minutes by car from Vemdalen By, which has all the necessary services all year round. Charging box from Zaptec at 11 kW, price per KwH according to agreement. Type 2 cable is available.

The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. It is a 7-minute drive to Åre Östersund Airport and 7 km into Östersund city center. Good bus connections are available with lines 3 and 4. The bus stop is only 100 meters from the apartment and ICA is 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.

On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

There is room for 4 guests and it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with comfortable beds, a fireplace and sauna.
