Cabin holiday rentals in Finnøy Municipality

We spent a weekend at Kjetil’s place and it was an amazing experience! The cabin is spacious (the rooms are actually bigger than how they look in the pictures), beautiful, complete with everything we needed, and not to mention, the JACUZZI which we enjoyed so much! We booked this place without any comment or reviews from others as this was a new listing back then, and we didn’t regret taking the risk. It was all worth it. Kjetil was very kind to help us with everything we needed, he was easy to communicate with, and the cabin is perfect for a big group like us — three families, with children and a 3-month baby. We’re hoping to come back here for next year’s winter season!

The host was very friendly and always responded. The cottage was cozy and the jacuzzi already preheated. He was concerned for our well-being. 😊

The place is excellent. We love the fact that the house has a space outside for activities. Definitely a come again place for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Susannes place in winter. We especially liked the well equipped kitchen (even were able to make waffels and cakes), the jacuzzi and the cozy fireplace with amazing view into the mountains. Susanne was easy reachable and was always really helpful. Would definitely recommend the place. Be aware that it might be difficult to reach the place with snow, but that is the price for nice nature. You can start hikes directly from the place. Also the city was very quite at that time (no problem for us).

A wonderful place for a short and long getaway, for both a couple and a family. Delightful hosts, postcard-like landscapes, peace, quiet, and relaxation i recommend it with a clear conscience!

The cottage is very quiet with a fabulous view of the fjord. The equipment (incl. SUP and boat) is really very good and communication with Morten was absolutely smooth!

We had a wonderful time and immediately felt at home in our little cottage. Janneke was a super hostess, she was always available for us and there were delicious farm eggs to welcome us. We were also able to buy lamb from her, it was super delicious. We particularly enjoyed the location and the peace and seclusion. A special place we'd love to come back to.

Cozy and modern cabin. Here there was a full kitchen, with microwave and coffee machine. Master bedroom had a comfortable double bed. The smaller bedroom with a bunk bed was fine for children to sleep on. Living room with dining table was a relaxing zone. With a fire in the fireplace, it became warm and cozy. During the summer season, we had probably used the terrace, but the temperature in March kept us in. The bathroom is small but solves the need. The washing machine didn't work when we were there but we also didn't have use for it. The place is by itself, and GPS is the easiest way to find your way. P.S. You have to cross the road from where you park and go up a small hill before you get to the cabin.

Lilian and Stein's place is wonderful. It is very quietly located directly on the fjord. From here you can start excursions in all directions. The nearest shops can be reached in 8-10 minutes by car. The house has everything you need. The kitchen is superbly equipped, there are plenty of bed linens and towels. It was very clean! Outside there are many nice seating options, you can sit directly on the jetty by the water. There is also a fireplace for grilling. The house also has a boat, which we liked to use. In addition, there are life jackets, a SUP board and everything you need. Lilian and Stein were always available, responded super quickly to our messages. When we couldn't operate the boat, they helped us immediately. They also gave us many excursion tips. They are wonderful and warm hosts. We definitely recommend the house and would come back!

We had a wonderful week in this cabin. Fantastic view, wonderful surrounding, cozy cabin that looked even better than the pictures. It is close to the waterfall of Månafossen, a Magma geopark, Stavanger and of course Preikenstolen. Communication with Vaidas was easy and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this cabin!

We absolutely loved this place! It was cozy, comfortable, in a beautiful, secluded location, the beds and amenities were nice. We literally could not have asked for more! It very easily fit the 5 of us. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and also the hammock. Our favorite thing to do was go on sunset hikes and just lounge in the main room and admire the scenery. Have already recommended this place to others and would 100% visit again!

I had the pleasure of spending a week in this charming Norwegian cottage and it was an unforgettable experience! The cabin is idyllically located in the middle of the breathtaking Norwegian nature, right on the fjord. The decor of the cabin is both cozy and authentic. A special highlight was the terrace and the jetty, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the fjord – perfect for morning coffee or an evening sundowner. We would keep coming back and can definitely recommend Hege's cabin.

The accommodation offered by Mona equals a paradise, we have been at home, the area is very magical and within half an hour you have the main city, with a thousand things to do. Everything was very clean and the attention was unmatched. We will definitely repeat in the future!

🥇The cabin was extremely well equipped with heating cables in a large bathroom, efficient heat pump in the living room and simple fireplace heating in the hallway 📈We enjoyed ourselves indoors at a large kitchen table for 8 people, large sofa and TV nook with Hjort Knudsen furniture, many games and lied and lied and big talk in silence - despite war and disagreement in the world 🔴Outdoors we had sporting activities with sledding and snow caves for the youngest, and socializing with guests around the fire pit and terraces around the entire cabin regardless of the sun and wind 🎿⛷️We also used famous ski slopes by car and walking distance, with top alpine ski center for the youngest in Fidjeland 🌟💫Skyless wedding anniversary celebration 💍at the Castle was magical with views on the level of Zugspitze in the Alps 🐣Fresh breakfast breads at Hekta Gard in walking distance gave us dejavous feelings from Hautte d’Cannes 🇫🇷 We were just missing pennies and 🇳🇴flags on a naked 🇳🇴flag pole 🎯quality experience from booking to return 🌹Thank you for the hospitality of proud owners

I had a great stay in Ursula’s cabin! The peacefulness was just what I needed, and the location was perfect. Åkrasanden beach is just a short drive away—it's stunning, with clear waters and soft sand, great for a relaxing day by the sea. The cabin itself was warm and inviting, with the wood-burning stove and comfortable seating area. Had no issues with airplane noise.

The house is located on a small apple orchard and is very nice and cozy. The large terrace is great. We always ate outside. There is a filming table at the house. We rented the larger boat. The price was totally fine. The boat is located at the jetty at the ferry dock; is about 1.5 km away. We drove there by car. Free parking is available. We can recommend the hike to the mountain lake, duration 1.5 h, 380 meters in altitude. Once at the top, two canoes of 3 are available and you can drive wonderfully across the lake. There is also a barbecue hut. The hosts were very sweet and always available for questions.

Beautiful location, right on the water and very quiet, simple hut, but very clean, ideal for a short stay. Everything necessary is available.
