The shouse has all the necessities needed, a living area, kitchenette, bathroom, sleeping area is upstairs in an open mezzanine style room (please note lower ceiling) and slightly steeper and narrow stairs.

No cleaning fee unless the unit is left in a messy condition.

Off-street parking, in our driveway, directly in front of the tiny house. There is no TV.
