Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. A 2 minute walk to Towan beach. Located right in the centre of Newquay close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Nicely laid out 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep up to 4 adults. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults in the lounge area, the bathroom is through the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request. There is on street parking on the road outside the apartment.

The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with 100% cotton bedding.

To the rear of the property is the Gannel Estuary, a superb place for canoeing, paddle boarding, walking, fishing and horse riding - the perfect place to unwind.

There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and the town centre is a km away.

Individually decorated in bright and fresh blues and greens, apt offers open plan living spaces with fully equipped and contemporary kitchen with balcony. Rooms have super king size beds, bed can also be split into twin beds in 2nd bedroom. It's perfect space for beach holiday!

Perfect Flat for Surf, Golf and Beach Lovers

Large, one bed flat in amazing location with stunning views over Fistral beach and Newquay golf course. Just a few minutes walk to Fistral beach. Open plan kitchen, lounge, dinner room. Sofa bed in the lounge, if you have small children. 5 minutes walk into the center of town, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Very close to all of Newquay's many town beaches and other attractions such as Waterworld, Newquay Zoo & the Aquarium.

Fistral Suite, lovely room in amazing location

Ground floor room with own entrance super close to Fistral and Towan Beach and the town center with local bars and restaurants. Fistral Suite is a large room with 4 Poster bed, fireplace and stain glass windows making for a lovely stay in Newquay. It has its own private entrance, small toilet and shower room and parking right outside. Please see floor plan for layout. You also have a fridge, kettle and TV with Netflix’s, making your stay that little bit easier.
