The downstairs is open plan. Above is a mezzanine bedroom with a seating area providing wonderful views. The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

A beautiful little hidden hideaway . Our private annexe is beautifully decorated and close to all the best beaches, cafes and restaurants.. Though you are in town, you are tucked away from the hustle & bustle. With a kitchen, living space and bathroom downstairs and a mezzanine with a double bed and optional fold out bed for a child. The space is small but beautiful so if your idea of fun is exploring the beaches in the day and enjoying the local cafes and restaurants then this is your vibe!

Fistral Beach, harbour, Newquay Bay beaches, the coastpath and town are just a short walk away. Cosy, quiet, comfortable! Your host Dom is a surf and ocean sports guide with great knowledge of the local area. We can arrange surfboard, wetsuit, snorkel and SUP hire, and lessons for all levels of experience.
