Swedish lake house between Vimmerby and Västervik

Just over 15 minutes outside Astrid Lindgren's Vimmerby and about 30 minutes from the coastal town of Västervik, you will find this place with its own garden and beach (shared with the host). The view of the lake creates conditions for wonderful nature experiences - all year round! In winter, lovely fires warm you and in summer, the lake cools you! With a canoe (rented by the host), you can experience Kalmar County's largest lake with only the sound of the paddles heard and have the opportunity to see protected animals, ranging from sea eagles to otters.

Cozy farmhouse in Spångenäs, Tuna 20 minutes by car from Vimmerby. With the narrow-gauge railway right next door, you can take the train to Västervik or Hultsfred. Five beds: a family bunk bed in one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully-equipped kitchen, shower/toilet, washing machine, satellite TV and a terrace with barbecue and morning sun. Walking distance to forest and lake with swimming area. Booking per day or week. Sheets/towels are not included but are available to rent. Clean yourself or purchase final cleaning. Pets are welcome.

Large kitchen with all equipment you could wish for. You have four bedrooms where you can choose how to distribute your number of beds (two downstairs in the file and two separate upstairs). Newly renovated bathroom with water toilet and shower. 15 kilometers to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World 7 km to the nearest shop 1.5 miles to Virum Moose Park Or just come and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Rowing boat is by the water and fishing with hand tools is allowed :)

By car you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 10 minutes and within walking distance of 1km is the popular Tobo Golf Club with food service. Private beach with grass 50 meters from the house and shallow sandy beach 1 km away. Discover the lovely viewpoint next to the knot, take a jog on the running track or a swim in the lake. This is the place to relax after an intense day with all the lovely characters at Pippiland.

Welcome to a charming farm cottage from the 1880s, just 10 minutes from Vimmerby. Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.

Close to both Astrid Lindgren's World and Virum's Moose Park. 11 minutes by car to Nossen's beach. The cottage is equipped with toilet/shower and also washing machine, 2 family bunk beds, a double bed, TV, simple kitchen with fridge and small freezer, stove with oven and microwave, etc. Fireplace in the living room.
