Beautiful cabin in Sørlandet's best archipelago

Beautiful place in Sørlandet's best archipelago in Paulen on Flekkerøy (about 15 minutes from Kristiansand city centre). Very good standard with a bathroom/shower, TV, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you could wish for in a cabin. Sun from morning to evening. Private parking space. A recreational motorboat can be rented. Flekkerøy has beautiful rocky shores, sandy beaches and good fishing opportunities. Here you will also find a shop, hiking trails, a roller ski slope, as well as artificial turf pitches. You can enjoy the sunrise, take a boat trip or swim right from the jetty.

The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea bathing temperature in Norway (according to the travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV form. Built-in terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds 2 bedrooms with double beds.

Very cozy cottage in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic nature. It also has a bowling alley and the Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from cycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Both prepared walkways and paths around the island. There is also an accessible coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to the swimming area with beach, Svaberg and good fishing opportunities.

We rent out our cosy little boathouse The property has its own jetty with the option of swimming via steps into the water. Walking distance to swimming areas, several great beaches, rocks, nice hiking areas and cultural monuments (200m - 1km). Proximity to shop (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum with, among other things, restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, spread over the main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer, as winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.
