A lovely apartment on the first floor of the house. It has a living room with a sofa(bed for 2 people), dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a beautiful balcony looking at the street and the old town of Vrsar. There is free parking in front of the house, free WiFi & air conditioning. Also, I will give you a free parking card for Vrsar public parking. Location is 500m from the city center and 750m from the beach. There is a restaurant, a playground, and a store 50m from the apartment.

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

The house is in a village near Porec (4 km). The village is quiet and the house is remote from noice and crowd. The village is near the main intersection (5 km), which connects all the major centers in Istria (Rovinj, Pula, Rabac, Umag, Novigrad). You can not walk to the beach and sea but by car is 7 minuts away. The yard is large and fenced and with lot of plants and is ideal for families with small children. The supermarkets (Koufland, Lidl etc.) are 2 km away.

At the entrance to the city in a very quiet environment is our charming stone house surrounded by a large garden where you will have peace and privacy, and in just a few minutes drive you will be on the beach or downtown. One of the great restaurants is nearby. The house is spacious with a large veranda where you will enjoy overlooking the beautiful garden. Our residence offers free Wi-Fi service and parking, a relaxing garden and a shared terrace. The apartments are decorated with rustic details and wooden beams. We have 6 apartments on the first floor, feature air conditioning and flat-screen satellite TV, the bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. All the apartments has one bed room (bed size 160*200) and sofa bed (140*200) ideal for one childrens.
