Pure idyll in the countryside, but with only 2.5 km to good shopping opportunities, as well as about 10 minutes by car to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats and horses. Owner lives on the grounds, but for the second long. Fibre network and TV package. NEW 2025: Gameroom with table football, table tennis and retro game console.
