Cottage holiday rentals in Flevoland

What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

The accommodation is very nice with a pleasant view, away from traffic. There is all the necessary comfort. The host is very available and not at all invasive. The area is perfect for walking, cycling, horseback riding. We had a really great time, very refreshing.

A beautiful private space! You can relax and unwind here. Anton was always available and the house has its own charm. Everything was there. From hot air fryer to the towel! The garden with sauna and pool is a dream and incredibly private. There's even a gas grill that's also equipped with pots, pliers, and co. The sea is about 30 minutes away. But right outside the door is the forest. So a must for every nature lover! I will definitely return. 🥰

Wonderfully quiet place with easy to use hot tub. Ideal for relaxing in the small garden and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. The lights are a very nice detail which makes the terrace beautifully dressed in the evening.

Quiet and comfortable cottage. Everything works well, very nice shower and lots of air, light and space around you. The host is friendly but not intrusive. Good to know that the beds on the upper floor can be reached via a difficult staircase, so not for people with walking difficulties. Lots of cycling and hiking options nearby. We also worked there, the WiFi was fine.

A wonderful quiet place where you can relax well. Located in a caravan and camping park, but at the very edge in the middle of the countryside. You won't be bothered by the activities on the square. The property is aesthetically decorated and very well appointed. It's a great place to sleep. Outside there are very cozy and weatherproof ways to stay longer. On foot you can soon reach very beautiful forest areas, which invite you to walk and hike. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Would highly recommend this house in Nijkerk. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable. Check-in was very easy and Edgar was very responsive to the one issue we had and it was resolved incredibly quickly. The e-bikes that are available for your use are brilliant and we made good use of them cycling to the local town etc. The park is lovely and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool. Nijkerk is a lovely town with plenty shops and restaurants. There is also a fantastic restaurant across the road from the park if you want to treat yourself to a gourmet lunch/dinner. It is called Het Sluishuys. This is a great place to base yourself to go to amersfoort and utrect which are very close by car.

The place was perfect for a weekend get away. Location was good, so in the nature. Super nice host with good and fast communication. Perfect for kids.

We had a really good time! Marja and Richard communicated the correct information in a timely manner, were flexible, very friendly, clear in communication and also provided useful tips for during the stay. Upon arrival, they will be warmly welcomed by them for the last instructions. We immediately felt at home. The cottage was exactly as described and had all the necessary amenities. Surroundings nice and quiet and enough space for a nice forest walk or cozy beer at Burg Bieren/Biercafé de Hazeburg. Easy to reach by car and public transport. All in all: great! Such a beautiful stay at equally beautiful surroundings! Greet’s place was just as shown in the listing and had everything that we needed for our stay. And the host gave us the clear instructions which helped us in smooth check-in. Absolutely loved staying here and would recommend to anyone visiting around.

The house is very well located, you can quickly walk everywhere. The location is really perfect, parking right by the house, nice terrace, small sunbathing area. For 6 "tall" people it is a bit small. One of the rooms is quite narrow, ideal for smaller children, a little too cramped from the teenager. There were four of us, including our 2 (rather large) dogs and we felt comfortable. Very good for us in terms of size. Petra is an incredibly nice, caring host. She always strives to make the stay as beautiful as possible for her guests. We will be happy to come back.

Words are too short. We have often rented a cottage in the Veluwe. This may have been one of those gems where we immediately felt at home in the Veluwe. The forest cottage exudes a family atmosphere. We have just returned from a wonderful weekend in De Wildhoef in the Veluwe. It is a nice, warm, comfortable house that is equipped with all comforts. It is situated in a beautiful, wooded area. Nice and private and not in a large holiday park. We had a great time hiking and biking in the area.

Very happy with my stay at Shirley’s Airbnb. As and Italian living in the Netherlands I felt like I was in Italy for the weekend. The hosts are so friendly to talk to. Happy to have tried their wine, we bought more to bring home. They provide every meal, you’re treated to good food from beginning to end, it really reminded me of an Italian Agriturismo. Highly recommend!

Impeccable, no complaints. Clean, beautiful, all the utilities available, close to the entrance of the campsite and even excellent water pressure in the shower (not always the case in airbnb rentals). Good communication with the agency and beautiful location too, you can see the horses through the window while waking up, total change of scenery! We strongly recommend!

We absolutely loved this private and quiet cottage. Would love to visit again!
