You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

There are no bathrooms upstairs however, there are two bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen size bed and two twins beds built in the wall. Beautiful scenery no matter what side of the house your on. This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Driveway Parking. Backyard and Sun porch are shared spaces that includes a huge in-ground pool, trampoline, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and the backyard is fully fenced in. The pool is now open! Laundry and Ev Charger can be used for a fee.

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

The Lodge at Three Pines

This one bedroom, one bathroom lodge is a great place to hang out! Conveniently situated on one floor, the space includes a full kitchen with an open plan living and dining area, as well as a games area. This listing can be rented along with "Three Pines Historic Log Cabin," which is located next door, to provide an expanded hang out space and additional bedroom for larger groups. It can also be rented on its own.
