Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Super comfortable loft for 1-2 people who want to enjoy Buenos Aires in a quiet residential neighborhood and wine district: Villa Devoto. Unique "L" environment with 45 meters, with everything for a perfect stay: - Kitchen with oven, 4 burners, extractor, pava, water purifier, microwave and large herald - Air conditioning cold/heat - A washing machine - TV with Chromecast Bus in front and city bikes 1 block away, ideal for going to the square full of bars! DOES NOT HAVE A GARAGE. Comfortable, bright studio apartment with balcony. Located in the neighborhood of Flores a metros de la Avenida Rivadavia, it is ideal for coming to shop in Avellaneda. Public transport: subway line a and darsena with buses to the tourist and central areas. Airport and Aeropark. Your vehicles can be left on the street and there are 2 parking lots around the way around the building. It has a basic gym, solarium, laundry and sum.(Check availability and rental prices)

Beautiful studio apartment with balcony, excellent location

Beautiful studio apartment in Floresta with a division where there is a double bed, it has a built-in closet, balcony and has all the amenities. In the dining room, you will find an armchair that converts into a bed ideal for a third person, an equipped kitchen and bathroom. Super bright!! Its location is unbeatable, one block from Av. Rivadavia where all public transportation lines pass, 7 blocks from the subway and 2 from Av Alberdi. Very nice and modern building.
