Step outside and walk to restaurants, shops, parks, and the ocean all just minutes away. Starting by Oct 15th request parking is provided for $20/day.

We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.
