Beautiful house! They had corn-hole, life size chess, and puttputt. Very spacious with lots of beds. 5 bedrooms down stairs each containing 2 beds expect one room with a king. Upstairs there is the master bedroom and two other rooms with queens. We had the best week!

kitchen cupboards full of dishes not needed. no room to put food in cupboards. cutlery very dull. should've had an ice cream scoop & a kitchen scissor.

We had a great stay at this house for our bachelorette weekend! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily get around different neighborhoods around Miami. The beds and couches were super comfortable and everything was exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub were perfect after long days out. The host was very responsive, and the space was spotless. Highly recommend!

First thing that comes to mind was how Christian was so helpful and responsive on a really short notice from me. He was totally awesome. The house was excatly how it was described and Christian got his cleaning crew over to the house asap as i basically gave him 30 mins. it was perfect

This villa was a perfect girls trip location! The smallest of details in this home made it so cute! The villas were clean and spacious and the backyard was so relaxing and fun! I will definitely be back to this location.

Beautiful home! Clean, spacious and the lanai was awesome!! The only suggestion is to have outdoor racks for pool towels and bathing suits. Also towel bars in bathrooms would be nice. Maydel was very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with, she responded to messages within minutes! Would highly recommend staying in this home!

Fantastic home with a fantastic host. Daniel was very responsive (down to the minute) and very accommodating. The home was spotless, large and open, with a beautiful backyard/patio/pool area. Me and my group loved the stay. We didn’t have to contact the host patty the entire trip with questions because all directions were clear and everything we needed was in place already. She was also very responsive and flexible throughout the booking process.

The owners were exceptionally responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Every single one of my friends couldn’t stop raving about how incredible the beds were—especially the pillows! If you’re considering booking a stay here, don’t hesitate—just book it and lock it in. There’s no need to look elsewhere. The Sapphire Villa had every little detail, from the unique design on the paper towels and toilet paper to the thoughtful touches like hair ties, makeup wipes, and Q-tips in the bathroom. Honestly, I wish we had booked a longer stay because I never wanted to leave! Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience. We truly had an incredible time!

Andre's home was perfect for our large family. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, sauna, theatre room and games room. We would definitely come back. Outdoor kitchen/fridge was an added bonus!

The house was perfect for our family of ages. The backyard was a dream and there were great neighborhoods to bike around. Lots to drive to in under 30 minutes. We had a fantastic time.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s home! There are so many things to rave about it is hard to know where to begin. Upon arrival, it was sparkling clean and well stocked! The home is very comfortably furnished and has a great layout. It is also beautifully landscaped with flowering bushes and shrubs that attract butterflies and hummingbirds. We found it very pleasant to start every morning sitting on the lanai drinking our coffee and listening to the birds sing while awaiting the arrival of the butterflies that often visited. We also really enjoyed the heated swimming pool and found it very fun and relaxing when we were not at the beach. It should be noted that the house is in a central location, very close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants and excellent shopping. Also of note, Ashley was a great host, very kind and quick to respond to any question throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with!

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

This is a very comfortable property. Good location to several town centers and the neighborhood recreation center. The owners were very responsive, always within minutes of my inquiry. A very nice outside area and a heated pool that was used every day. I would be happy to stay there again.

We just left after a weeklong stay at Luis’ house. It far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for our family of 6, everything was spotless, comfortable beds, and the pool and hot tub were a relaxing treat at the end of a long day. Not far from Disney parks, 20-30 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. Communication with Luis was top notch - he was very quick to respond to any questions, and he sent lots of helpful information. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. I would highly recommend Luis’ home, and I would absolutely book here again if we return to the Orlando area.

We had a wonderful month at Michelle's place. She is a very responsive host and we would Definitely rent again. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. The house was fully equipped for all our needs. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Very enjoyable!!🌞
