Plenty of parking for vehicles, ATV trailers, or even an RV. Front yard is fenced and gated for dogs. Concerts in the park, 4th of July fireworks from the porch, mountain biking, OHV rides, rodeos, and so much more. About one hour drive from PHX valley.

Walk out your back gate to the Tonto national Forest and go hiking. Pick up fossils and agate or dig for crystals at diamond point. There is parking for four so no need to worry about your trailer or off road vehicles. We have a gated parking area. There are off road trails right from our street.

Beautiful Hiking trails all around! 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. Close to Tonto Natural Bridge, East Verde River, the Mogollon Rim, and Water Wheel campground! Friendly dog on premises. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families, with kids, are all welcome! Please no pets, no smoking.

Enjoy the new custom kitchen with quartz counter tops and new soft close cabinetry. There is a jetted tub in the bathroom and a hot tub on the deck to recover from scenic hikes in the area.. Endless hiking on the nearby Highline or Arizona Trails. Abundant quad/side-by-side and mountain bike trails. Fishing a few feet from the property. Knotty pine interior, pine cabinets, fir wood flooring, large sleeping loft and fully fenced.

Mountain Views and Great Fire Pit

1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.
