The place is soo cute and comfy . Your right in the middle of soo much to do. We found some Great restaurants in the area and just a short jaunt to get into Louisville. I would definitely recommend staying there.

This place is as described and better! EVERYTHING is top quality, no corners were cut with anything. Literally felt like I was at my own place. Clean, well stocked (they thought of EVERYTHING in the kitchen), comfortable, and Ronnie is excellent to communicate with. Great restaurants and stores within walking distance. We will be back, for sure! New Albany is a hidden gem and this place made it that much better.

Andrew and Lindsay were great hosts. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, and they worked diligently to address them. Ultimately, they allowed me to move to a new unit to continue working remotely. Both units supplied all of the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend.

Luanne’s place is beautiful, very comfortable and plenty of space. Feels like a home away from home. We loved the large trees around and all the historic homes and buildings in the area. Luanne was very responsive and helpful with questions as they came up. We very much enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

Great place, close to a lot of different things!

Absolutely loved the stay here! It was just like the description and the photos. We stayed for a weekend as a business trip and couldn’t have been happier with the stay! Clean, walking distance to many restaurants, and wonderful location. We will definitely stay here again should we be back in town!

Enjoyed our stay at Cara’s place! Pictures were great, in person was even better. Felt right at home. We enjoyed the couch was so comfy and great for movie nights in! Only small thing you can hear the train that came late a couple nights we stayed. Otherwise, everything else was great!!

Sia's apartment was the perfect, quiet location for the event we were attending at the EXPO Center. The apartment included everything we needed for our stay, and I appreciated extra things like the Brita pitcher in the fridge :) Sia is extremely quick to respond to messages. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed at Nikki’s while we attended a music festival. Ride shares were very responsive. Nikki was great and on top of everything. The house is directly across from Churchill Downs. There are two convenience stores nearby. Definitely recommend for a small family or group of friends.

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

Let me start by saying The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Our check in was delayed like 30/45 mins but I must say he accommodated us well and it wasn’t much of an issue to us, because everything was GREAT. My fiancé and I really enjoyed the hot tub and the view from our balcony. Check in was a little complicated but he responded right away and got me right into the unit. WE LOVE THIS PLACE! We would definitely book again. Thank you Tyler!

Wow, this place is very unique! First of all, read the description carefully, because it is very truthful and accurate. Second, the gated parking is very nice. The layout is a little separated but works for groups. The hot tub is great!

The host was very polite and responded very quickly to my messages. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for our family’s spring break trip! It was awesome! We loved the amenities of the building and everything was super clean. We loved being able to walk to so many places! We will absolutely be back!
