Mr. Oğuzhan was very friendly, very easy to communicate, he always helped us. The house was even better than in the visuals. The kitchen had everything we needed. We reached the sea and the bus station in under 5 minutes on foot, so the location is great.

Mr. Uğurcan is a very good host. It met all our needs. The house was really nice. We came for the first time for vacation and we were very satisfied with both my house and Mr. Uğurcan. The house was spotless and the location was really peaceful with a view. Thank you again to Mr. Uğurcan 🫶

A house was prepared for us, spotlessly clean, all the items were very well-stocked. Each room was comfortable, the entire house was very stylish and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were more than good. Cleaning supplies, personal supplies were all thoughtfully prepared. In addition, the pool, the view of the house and the sea are incredibly pleasant. It was a 4-4 vacation, it was complete. We think it is a great experience for crowded groups. We would love to come back. Thank you for everything.

We were allowed to stay for a week with 4 children and 5 adults in this beautiful house of Mr. Kerem. The house is very clean, spacious and completely suitable for our family. Mr. Kerem is a good host, even before we arrived, he had arranged for the pool to be heated because the weather is a bit fresher this time of year. After that, we only got out of the pool with difficulty. We also had an extra request and Mr. Kerem also came by right before that. The kitchen is well equipped and the gas barbecue is easy to use and brings a lot of fun. The surroundings and definitely Foça is beautiful! Definitely a place to return to, thank you so much!

Mr. Emre responded quickly and politely to every question we asked; he informed us that we could reach him 24/7, but it is not necessary because there is nothing missing in the house:) The house and all the items in the house were spotless and everything we were looking for was very available. Heating cooling and hot water facilities were available and quite comfortable. Great location and quiet surrounding area, perfect location for vacation. The pool heat was always hot from morning to evening and the pool size was very ideal. It was a house with the most perfect heated pool we stayed in:))

The house is 50-100 meters from Foça-Izmir road and 5 minutes by car to Foça. All the items in the house were carefully selected, new and the house was spotless. Mr. Serhat responded to all our requests within minutes. We had a great time without any problems. Thank you so much.

This wonderful home we stayed in was a peaceful escape in the lap of nature. The decor of the house was filled with carefully selected details and every corner was lovingly furnished. The garden was a piece of paradise, where you can find peace with the sounds of birds. The host provided great recommendations for us to explore the surrounding hidden paradises so we had the perfect guide to enjoy the nature. Thank you so much for everything. The location of the house was beautiful. Mr. Bora and his family welcomed us very warmly. Unfortunately, due to our stay at the end of the season, many restaurants around were closed or limited service. The opportunity to swim in the sea from right across the house was very nice. The sea is like a sheet in the morning, but it's usually choppy and mossy in the afternoon. The hiking trail was quite enjoyable. The neighborhood and the location of the house are very convenient for families with children. It was a little uncomfortable most of the time at night due to the dog barking, but I think we had a temporary situation. But overall we were satisfied.

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

We came across a better home than the photos. The pool is quite large and not like an ornamental pool. The rooms are useful. There are many types and plenty of everything for the kitchen utensils. There is a different neighborhood, similar style villas and nothing else, but you can reach the most beautiful bays, the center of Mordoğan in 10-15 minutes, so we also loved the location.
