Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centres and the marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

It is 160 square metres with a 25 square metre pool. 4 rooms and 1 living room with a large garden. All rooms have bathrooms. Furnished with new and highly stylish items. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, it enables you to prepare all the meals you make at home. All rooms have air conditioning units. The pool is detached. There is a BBQ. There is a kiosk and a grocery store right next to the villa.

Although it is a completely newly built building, we were able to capture this feeling by recycling and revising the family heirloom "vintage" furniture. Hotels didn't feel intimate to us either. We wish you to come and feel like an Aegean person and have a local experience.
