Our detached villa with a heated pool has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is designed for a peaceful holiday for up to 9 people. It features a 9 × 4 m heated pool that is open 24 hours a day. Set within a 540 m² private garden, it offers the perfect setting for an enjoyable holiday. The villa is located 6.5 km from the centre of Eskifoça. It has its own vehicle garage. There are 3 bathrooms: one large shared bathroom with double washbasins and two en-suite bathrooms for the bedrooms. There are 4 air-conditioning units in our villa. We would be delighted to welcome you to our villa so that you can create wonderful memories.

You can find us on social media as "bir foça evi". Our house is located in a garden with a sea view, surrounded by 1.5 acres of olive and fruit trees. All our rooms have been renovated this year. Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. We are waiting for you to make unforgettable memories by enjoying a barbecue with your family and friends.
