The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

A newly refurbished, light, clean, fully functional living space with off road parking and outside area. Situated 2 minutes easy drive from M20 Junction 13, 5 minutes from Eurotunnel and 15 minutes from Port of Dover. This AirBnb is perfect for overnight stays or longer if you wish to take in the sights of Folkestone and Kent. There is a train station only 5 mins walk so if you fancy a day in London you can be there within the hour. The historical city of Canterbury is only a 25 minute drive.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Levante Coastal Cabin - Dungeness, Sleeps 2/3

Delightful 1 bedroom cabin on the shingle headland at Dungeness, moments from the sea, with wonderful views. A large modern walk in shower room and separate living room with kitchenette. Super comfy kingsize bed or twin beds option, and a sofa bed. There is good wifi. Please note there is no TV. Dungeness is a working community -peaceful, spacious and remote as it is, people live and work here and will be going about their daily business.

Conveniently situated 10 minutes from Folkestone and Dover Town centres and the Port of Dover.The Channel Tunnel is 15 minutes away. With Ashford 25 minutes and Canterbury 30 minutes.
