It's only 0.3 mile short potter down to the award winning sandy Filey beach as well as being right in the heart of the quaint selection of local shops, bars, pubs & most importantly some lovely fish and chips!

There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.
