Beautiful bright apartment on the 3rd and top floor of a residence with elevator, located in a very quiet area, 15 minutes' walk from the city center and its amenities, 24 minutes' walk from the train station (immediate proximity to Luxembourg). The E411 Brussels/Luxembourg highway is accessible in 5 minutes, as well as the Hydrion shopping mall. For those who love nature walks, the Attert Valley and Anlier Forest are just a few minutes' drive away.

Independent studio in Arlon. Close to the Luxembourg border, quiet in a green setting. Bike entrance airlock, easy street parking. It's easier to get around the studio by car (hill street, few buses) We live in the house adjoining the studio (independent) and are therefore there to assist you in case of need.
