Michel is a very nice host who does his best to make you feel at home and that's the case. He directs us to activities that might fit us and gives lots of tips. The accommodation is impeccable, very clean, very well furnished, spacious. There's nothing missing. For us it's one of the best (not to say the best place to stay) where we stayed on Airbnb. awesome stay in a historic town. the property and experience couldnt be nicer. the pool was excellent and it feels wonderful to wake up and pick herbs for your morning eggs. highly recommend

We had a great time for our family gathering. the accommodation is welcoming summer and winter, it was very nice so we were in the square courtyard all the way. The house is full of surprises in terms of decoration and charm. A huge fireplace in one of the lounges is also perfect for winter evenings! and the children's game room is great, especially the great disguises and the board game wardrobe! everything was perfect, we'll be back. Charming house that is nicely decorated and offers a lot of space. You are completely on your own and can do many beautiful things to do from there. The view to the horses and across the fields is picturesque. Odette is very friendly and helpful, we felt completely at home.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Thanks for the very nice stay. We stayed two nights that we very much enjoyed. A really nice room, a great bathroom and a good kitchenette. Great, were also the play facilities for our three year old daughter in the big garden. We took a trip to Angers, which is not far away. We can only highly recommend this. What a great city.

Hello, We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights, very nice host, helpful, responsive, with good advice on what to do in the surrounding area. The apartment was very good, good location, quite large. Two small downsides, the key box to collect the keys is not on the landing but on the other side of the bridge, and the insulation of the apartment which is not perfect, but that does not prevent sleeping or otherwise. Very nice stay, in a very nice apartment and a very nice host too. I highly recommend it.
