Lovely holiday park home with rare private garden.

Enjoy a fabulous escape in the New forest. Staying on the well loved holiday resort of Sandyballs. You will find facilities to suit all ages. Including an inside and seasonal outside shallow pool. Parks, play zone, restaurants and shop. During the summer months there is alao an excellent hop on, hop off open top bus service which will take you across the forest. It is just 1.5 miles to the quaint town of Fordingbridge with it's boutique shops and Salisbury and Bournemouth are close by.

If you are looking for a romantic escape in the New Forest, just a short walk from the pub and open forest, then look no further. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

A 15-20 minute walk to town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs alongside The River Avon. There's a Pub/Restaurant a 5 min walk which serves Breakfast & Evening Meals. The New Forest is a 10 minute drive providing wonderful walks and cycle routes. A 20 minute drive to our Blue Flagged Beaches.

Half a mile from the New Forest, Shepherd’s Lodge is hidden away at the the end of a long garden. It has a wood burning stove, electric heating, patio and it’s own fenced garden. The sofa has views over the surrounding farmland. There is a kitchen/dining area to prepare simple meals, separate shower room/toilet, a radio, GOOD 4G SIGNAL BUT NO INTERNET OR TELEVISION. Tea, coffee & milk provided. Well behaved dogs welcome but must not be left alone. Stabling for a horse at extra cost.
