Living room is open to the full kitchen and equipped with a 55 inch smart TV w/cable and Wi-Fi. Drink your morning coffee on the front deck or relax down by the river. Don't forget your camera and binoculars because seeing an eagle soaring over the river is a regular occurrence! Private river access.

Bear Bottom Acres

Relax with the whole family. Located near Marienville and surrounded by the Allegheny National Forest. This space offers amble room for all your ATV, UTV, snow mobiles, fishing boat, and trailers. Also includes two firepits. Just a short distance from Blue Jay Creek, the heart of Marienville and the ATV paths in the ANF. The ANF and state game lands are nearby for hunting. Property has many new updates including hardwood floors, new back deck and cedar paneled bedrooms. More to come.
