JFK airport is approximately 10-15 mins and La Guardia, approximately 30 mins. Home is walking distance to shopping, laundry, supermarkets, on Jamaica Ave, Hempstead, Springfield etc.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
