The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. KEY FEATURES - One bedroom – upstairs, with kingsize double and single bed, space for travel cot. - One shower room/toilet – downstairs. - Sleeps up to three, and infant. - Private outside terrace area with view, shared use of 1.5 acre secure meadow & gardens. - Dogs welcome, two maximum, small additional charge. - Young children welcome (but you may need to bring a stairgate for safety). - Smart TV (Netflix, iPlayer, Freesat etc). - Good-quality broadband/Wi-Fi (free). - Induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge (freezer available if required), dishwasher. - Dining table for four, two leather sofas. - Washing machine (and use of dryer if required). - Underfloor heating (powered by eco-friendly air source heat pumps). - Wood burner, first basket of logs free. Butty Barn

Welcome to Butty Barn at 'House of Bread holiday cottages'. Newly converted & transformed into a beautiful stone barn with original features, including a log burner, slate floors, huge bedroom, spacious lounge diner. Great pub 2 minute walk. Forest of Dean is on the doorstep & 2 miles from Symonds Yat Rock, an AONB. Sleeps 2 & 1 dog allowed, but never to be left alone, due to H&S regs. Shared hot tub is available at an extra cost, we request 48hrs notice (inc payment) to refill & heat up.

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The loft is a perfect place to stay for anyone who wants to relax whilst overlooking the glorious panoramic forest view. The accommodation is compact comprising a silent night double bed, sofa, shower and toilet room, kitchenette with microwave, fridge / freezer and TV. The loft is ideally situated for forest walks, bike riding or enjoying any one of the attractions within the forest of dean. Please add dogs to the booking if bringing them.
