This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Fiorella and Gianpaolo's hospitality was warm: they welcomed us as friends, with many small touches, suggestions, sincere kindness and constant availability. The place is truly enchanting, immersed in quiet, with spectacular views and absolute peace. The Romantic cottage is well organized and equipped and enjoys a charming private courtyard overlooking the woods with views of the hills as far as the eye can see... a dream!

We were in Mondaino for the Misono World Championship, we had a great time with the house, clean, efficient and with a magnificent view. I congratulate the hosts for their help and quick answers to our questions. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended ☺️

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

valentina's place is beautiful, the photos reflect reality, it is located inside a residence, with reserved parking), in a quiet area, but close to a supermarket (10 minutes walk) in Viale Dante(10 minutes on foot), with a very large nearby park, with a play area for children and dog areas for those who, like us, travel with the dog. He welcomed us by Valentina's husband, very kind, he explained what he had to and suggested some right place to eat, the apartment is very clean, it is not exposed to the sun, the terrace is fantastic, spacious, with space to eat and a nice comfortable duck (contested by everyone), for our dog they gave us a rug with a bowl and a small mangerice for him, we really appreciated the bathroom sheets of three different colors, so we could be distinguished, thank you for your hospitality

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! Absolute highlight is the garden, which is simply idyllic and huge and has a very nice pool area. Gianni and Ilaria are very kind and hospitable!

We had a lovely time staying with Imogen and her family - they were so friendly accommodating and helpful! The house and the nature surrounding it were gorgeous. We loved the history of the place, swimming in the pool, seeing the wildlife, the pear trees and the cute dogs. We will surely come again!

Fabulous experience! We stayed at this fantastic villa, the rooms are as pictured, spacious and tastefully furnished. Beautiful bathrooms, each with their own hot tub. Kitchen stocked with everything, pleasant common space... and a great value for money. Giancarlo was always punctual and accurate in the directions. Highly recommended!

Vanessa is a fantastic host that communicates proactively and with really well thought through information. The preparation leading up to the stay as well as the check-in was super smooth. She also made sure to prepare perfect snacks for the kids and us so we felt so welcomed. The private chef on the first evening made us feel totally spoiled and relaxed after a day of traveling. The property is even better in reality than you can imagine from the pictures. We were all entertained with swimming, sauna, table tennis and challenges at the pool table. The local recommendations of vineyards and restaurants were perfect and we were well taken cared of by friendly people wherever we went. After visiting the local meat store we cooked up a beautiful BBQ and enjoyed it under the chandeliers outside. An absolutely memorable evening for the entire family. The place was error-free. The host gave us lots of helpful recommendations for nearby activities and social and cultural events during our stay. Which we loved to use. The place was stylishly clean and in a completely quiet environment. Recommended.

Simple apartment but with the necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if there is anything you need. He offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

Very comfortable and easy to reach accommodation, with parking inside the property and lots of free parking outside. The nearby dog breakage area was much appreciated, and the short distance from the beaches and the sea.

We were in the area because of the WEC race in Imola, which was easily accessible from the apartment via the country road. A good bypass leads past Forli. Great were the flixible check-in and check-out via the key box. I was particularly pleased about the coffee maker and the tabs on site. The area is quiet any time of the day. If we are in Imola again, I will be happy to come back.

We spent a weekend at Elisa's property and found each other divinely. Great location, great apartment. Elisa is a golden person, available and sunny. It made us miss nothing and made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!!

I stayed two weeks with my wife and two children. We immediately felt at home, the apartment is similar to ours and with everything you expect to find. Washing machine, dishwasher (never used but there), double air conditioning (very comfortable), mosquito nets on the windows (essential), a TV in the living room maybe a little small but heck, we were on vacation, what's the use of TV! Very convenient reserved parking next to the property. Very close beach resorts no. 53 and 54. We went to 52 because there were more games for the kids. To sum up in two words: perfect and highly recommended! Thanks to Walter for always responding in no time to my information messages.
