An outdoor fireplace to have great moments together, we also have a beautiful wooden deck that leads to the water!

Large house with 3 bedrooms with closets, 1 suite, the bedrooms with double beds, large TV room with sofa, armchairs and 40" television. Social bathroom with blindex box and mirrors, dining room, office, pantry, kitchen with all household utensils, laundry area. We have a large terrace. Garage for 1 car. Excellent location, in the city center. We have fiber optic internet with 600 mb. The house is super quiet and peaceful for a good rest or Home office!
