Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, including the pond and barbecue area.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. It has 2 rooms, each for up to 3 guests (max. 6). Ideal for families, couples, or friends. Note: no public transport nearby, arrival by car is recommended.**

Stylish, single-storey, 100-m² designer villa on the ground floor, adjacent to the Salzburger Seenland, with pool, garden shower and mountain views. 5–15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. A 25-minute drive to the festival city of Salzburg, with all its highlights. The property is located in a small residential area with a few houses and plenty of greenery, meadows and woodland in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

Family-friendly with a large garden

The half of the house is surrounded by an idyllic large garden with many trees. All rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space, only the kitchen and bathroom are slightly smaller, both are fully equipped. One bedroom was artistically designed with clay walls. A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor. A screen (no TV) is available in the living room. Wi-Fi is included. The town center is a 15-minute walk or faster with one of our bicycles.
