A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

Our beach house offers you the best of coastal living. This holiday home consists of a two bedroom art deco home, with two large self contained cottage studios, sleeps up to 17 with a maximum of 14 adults. The top bunks are not suitable for adult guests. It's the ideal pad for family or friends to get together and enjoy. The accommodation is spacious, bright, massive indoor and outdoor areas, with off street parking for 5 cars. Welcome to Torquay! Perfect location only a few minutes (2blocks) walk to beaches,shops and restaurants. Our house is 2 storey with rooftop deck, 4 bedroooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Outside there are 2 entertainment areas with bbq and outdoor seating. Central heating and air conditioning plus gas log fire. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large smeg oven and walk in pantry. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans as well.
