🏠 Modern and comfortable property with 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. 🩳 A private 40°C hot tub is available all year round from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. 🚗 Parking in the courtyard with electric car charging points included. 👶A travel cot, changing table and high chair can be provided on request. 🚲A short walk to the bus stop, city bikes, grocery shops and the shopping centre. The city centre is about 15 minutes away. ❤️🐈NB: Our cat, Mia, lives on the property, but she may be in the utility room, where she has food available and her own door.

At this quiet accommodation you can enjoy views of the fjord from the living room, the terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. It's only 5 minutes down to the lake. Sauda is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find most things, including a swimming pool. Many opportunities for great mountain trips and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 minutes away by car. The cabin is rented to guests who have respect for the fact that they live in our private cabin and is NOT rented out for parties and private events.

It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. For a more relaxing stay, sit back and enjoy the stunning views by the fire, or soak in the hot tub Winter Season - Important Note! During negative temperatures, there is NO WATER at the cabin. Etter en lang skitur/gåtur senker du deg ned i luksus Jacuzzi av øverste kvalitet. Hytta ligger nær turområder, vann med svømme/fiske muligheter. Hytta har lav takhøyde, i gammel stil. Hytta ble fullstendig renovert 2020/21. 1 soverom i hytta med dobbeltseng. Sovesofa i stue til 2 personer etter avtale.

Velkommen til Ådneram Fjellgrend – perfekt base for fjelleventyr! Hytta ligger rolig og barnevennlig til, nær Kjerag, Lysebotn og Suleskardveien. Et flott utgangspunkt for turer, fiske og bading – midt i villreinens rike. Komfortabel hytte med alt du trenger, og parkering for 2 biler kun 30 meter fra døren. Området byr på vakker natur året rundt – med turstier, fiskevann og bademuligheter om sommeren, og preparerte langrennsløyper og alpinanlegg om vinteren. Velkommen til fjells!

This is a fantastic property in the outer lysefjord with very superb standard. It has a very luxurious standard with top class of everything. Wake up to the waves and enjoy the day at the seaside or at the sea. This property is in a beautiful location right on the seafront with its own pier in front of the cottage. Parking just behind the cottage. Well-equipped nest cabin with a shipsparket in the living room, loft room and 3 bedrooms make this a place for the whole family.

Kjempekoselig familiehytte tett ved fiskevann, butikker, skiløyper etc etc. Direkte i flott tur terreng og 200m fra løypenettet til hovden. Bilvei helt til døra med parkering til 4 biler. Hytta ligger i et rolig hyttefelt 5 km syd for Hovden sentrum. Hytta har god plass inne og mye boltre plass utendørs med egen bålpanne plass og 2 sittegrupper. Sengetøy kan leies for NOK 150,- pr person på forespørsel.

Slapp av sammen med familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Stille og rolig med fantastisk utsikt og solforhold. Kun 20 minutt fra Sauda. Det er 2-3 minutter gange ned til sjøen med flere bade og fiskeplasser. Fantastiske turområder like i nærheten for eksempel Lølandsnuten og Fattnesnuten. -Vedfyrt badestamp. -Bålpanne. -Leker og spill for barn. Ca 35 minutt kjøring til alpinsenteret i Sauda.
