The Lake House on Amaroo is absolute waterfront. The house is fully air-cond including the guest bedroom. A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. 'Casa Rio' Garden Studio fully self-contained.

We offer a fully equipped, self-contained studio style accommodation in a garden setting within walking distance to all the attractions. It is fresh and modern with air con, large smart TV and WiFi. The double bed ensemble and towels and linen are of excellent quality. Kitchen, laundry and bathroom are compact with all appliances. Entrance is private along the side of the main house to the garden and there are no stairs to negotiate - flat and accessible. Parking is on the quiet street.

A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
