This recently redesigned 2-bedroom unit places you in the heart of wine country and features a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom with an ensuite half-bathroom, a full bathroom with a tub, and a large living space with a Roku TV, a work desk and a pull-out couch. The kitchen is outfitted with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and comes fully equipped with glasses, cups, plates and utensils. Complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee is included. Limit of 6 guests & 2 pets.

A private separate room contains a twin bed and wet bar with a refrigerator. Outside your front door, there is a large patio shared with one other unit (The Garden Room). This is a Studio style room that is attached to a single family home. It has its own private entrance and private bathroom. It has a garden view from some of the windows. The unit does share a wall with the single family home. If we have guests occupying the house during your stay you may hear the other guests. The property is minutes from Downtown Mendocino. The studio was recently renovated it is light, bright and comfortable.
