We have been in the nightly rental business for 20 years and we know how to equip our places to make our guests feel at home. We have completely remodeled this home. It is 1400 Sq feet with 3 bedroom 2 bath and large kitchen furnished. We have 3 flatscreen tvs, wifi,toys,games and a great view of the Lake. We have washer/dryer with detergent. House has patio table, charcoal grill, firepit and a mountain to explore. We are located about 15 minutes from Wagoner and 15 minutes from Muskogee.

Modern, brand new a-frame cabin on the river. Overlooks the peaceful Illinois river. Watch the floaters go by from the comfort of your deck. The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi, Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks of the river.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, relaxing deck on the back, outside dining beside a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

Montgomery Veterans Hospital, The Castle of Muskogee, The Five Civilized Tribes Museum, Hatbox Sports Complex & Bike Trail, our property is located near many local attractions and facilities just a stone's throw from fine dining and shopping as well. Enjoy a secluded stay off the main roads with a country feel. Deer and wildlife frequent the property with great views from the dining area and patio. Handicapped friendly!

PRIVATE HOT TUB! We call this intriguing little place, The Bigfoot Inn. The cabin is located 1/4 mi off of Hwy 10 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and is less than 2 mi from the Illinois River. Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. The first floor has a single hide-a-bed and seating. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the woods.

About the Space: Our cottage is nestled in the heart of NWA, on a family-run farm. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Make some memories at this unique and serene place. Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

If you're feeling adventurous, a private yet steep trail will lead you to your own private dock where you can enjoy amazing views of a calm and quiet lake which you will almost always have to yourself.

The Owl's Nest-hot tub in the woods

Make memories in the Owl's Nest, a magical, secluded tiny house tucked into the edge of the woods. The Owl's Nest is equipped with everything you need, from a furnished kitchen with fridge, burner, and microwave, to a large deck with a hot tub, firepit, and comfy chairs. Sip your morning coffee in forest serenity, while birds sing and squirrels play. Bring tick repellent from spring to fall. These are Ozark woods! Property not suitable for babies and small children.

Log Cabin/100 acres/One of a kind/Wifi-Cuddly Cow

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
