Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

28 ft deep 2 car garage, 8 ft garage door. Per HOA no Boats/Trailers parked overnight on street or driveway- MUST be able to fit inside garage. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES. House is located off the parkway, close to the casinos in Laughlin, boating on the Colorado River, ATV'n at nearby trails or enjoy the community pool (unheated) or hot tub with views 1 block away!
