You are renting one of the 3 units in the triplex but have the entire unit to yourself. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertop, retro fridge, & stove. The bedroom has a king bed and workspace area. The living room has a giant 65" TV and sleeper sofa as well for sleeping additional guests.

The R.W. Guest House is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath Home located in the heart of Fort Smith. Purchased in 2021, this home has been remodeled from ceiling to floor with new utilities, amenities and decor. This Home is a short walk away from Creekmore park and Hunt’s Park ball fields. It features a fully-stocked kitchen, an abundance of living space and beautiful views of the neighborhood. The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
