The Cottage

Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.

Wake up early and sip coffee while watching elk wander through the backyard, then hit the slopes at Flagstaff's Snowbowl. Come home after a perfect Flagstaff bluebird day and avoid all traffic heading back into Flagstaff- we're located just a couple of miles the opposite direction the rest of the traffic will be going! This recently upgraded local Flagstaff home is 10-15 minutes from everything and only 20 minutes to Sedona trails. Our cozy one-bedroom has a private entrance, new queen sized mattress, small sitting area by the window, beautiful retro kitchenette and large bathroom with tub. Kitchenette with ample appliances. Dog friendly for one dog, sorry no cats Your space shares two walls with the main house. Extended stays will add an additional $45 per week for cleaning and changing linens
